SogoTrack processes organization and employee data only to provide attendance, leave management, analytics, and subscription services. Each tenant’s data is isolated using organization-aware access controls and Supabase Row Level Security.

Admins are responsible for the employee data they upload. We recommend secure environment variable handling, least-privilege access, and regular review of account permissions.
